Legal historian and Garrow Society founder member John Hostettler has written a new book which is out now, just in time for Christmas.
Using the BBC’s excellent TV series as its base, Garrow’s Law: The BBC Drama Revisited uses the true facts on which the programme was based to compare drama and reality. In two parts, it covers the context of the times in which Garrow lived and the cases in which he was involved.
We congratulate John on another fine book (following amongst other books his co-authorship of Sir William Garrow: His Life, Times and Fight for Justice), one which any Garrow fan will enjoy.
Garrow’s Law: The BBC Drama Revisited is published by Waterside Press, 1 November 2012.
